The Spirit of God is moving today!

The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit. John 3:8 NKJV
 
Jesus told a man named Nicodemus, “Most assuredly, I say to you unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
 
Nicodemus was a Pharisee and ruler of the Jews but could not understand what Jesus said. Jesus continued, “That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, you must be born again.”
 
I am amazed by things God does but stopped being surprised a long time ago. I live on my tiptoes looking for amazing things only God can do. I am still surprised by some of the things I see taking place in the world!
 
We do many things by faith. We eat food without knowing where it came from or what is in it. We drive down the road in cars and through the sky in airplanes at incredible speeds. We hand over our money to banks expecting it to be available when needed. 
 
Most people refuse to trust God. Eve saw that the forbidden fruit was good to make one wise. She disobeyed God. She trusted Satan. We have been leaning on our own understanding since!
 
The unsaved people of this world are just as baffled by how we live and the things we do as we are by their beliefs and behaviors. The flesh simply cannot comprehend the spiritual life.
 
How can we really understand the trinity? Who can fathom the height and depth and width of God’s love? “Who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ!
 
We believe much of what God says by faith. We have stopped leaning on our own understanding. We no longer trust in our own strength and resources. We have given up trying to do things our own way, why?
 
The Spirit of God is with us. We don’t see Him but we see the work He is doing in us and through us. We can’t hear His voice but He fills our hearts and minds with God’s Word. We can’t see where He is going but He leads us and guides us on our journey of faith!
 
You do not have to be a Pastor Priest or Theologian to understand Jesus. If you feed your flesh with selfish desires they will control you. If you fill your mind with the Word of God He will instruct you. You can live a life of Godliness peace and contentment through faith in Jesus Christ!
 
Jesus searches hearts and minds to give every man according to his ways. Seek Jesus. Learn to walk in His ways and you will be blessed!
 
Sow to the Spirit and you will soar with eagles. Lay down with dogs and you will get fleas!
