That they may walk in My statutes and keep My judgments and do them; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God. Ezekiel 11:20 NKJV I marked every place in the book of Ezekiel where God says; “And they shall be My people, and I will be their God.” That book is all marked up! God is speaking to the people He sent into captivity. He is speaking to the remnant left in Israel. God repeats this statement after pronouncing judgment on Israel. He uses the same words when He says He will restore Israel. God promises to do such a great work in their lives they will be moved to live in obedience to Him. He promises to bless them! God is speaking to people who are living in bondage today. He is speaking to the remnant who live in relationship with Him today. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28 NKJV God created us to live in loving relationship with Him. He created us to love Him and be loved by Him. There is nothing God will not do to bring us into intimate relationship with Him. Jesus will use every means at His disposal to bless us! God gave us free will. He will not violate it. He will allow us the freedom to receive or reject His love. God gave us the freedom to love Him or withhold our love from Him! God’s love for you is so great and unending He demonstrated it by sacrificing His one and only Son for you. Jesus who knew no sin became sin to bring you back into a loving relationship with God the Father! Jesus will use every trial hardship sorrow sin and failure as only He can to lead you into His loving presence! The final decision is yours and yours alone. Will you receive God’s great love and love Him? Will you allow God to mold you and shape you into the person He created you to be? Allow God to bring you back into loving relationship with Him. Don’t wait. Turn to Jesus today. He is waiting for you! In the quietness of your own heart ask Jesus to be your Lord and Savior. God is waiting to show you how much He loves you! Jesus wants you to show Him how much you love Him. Say it out loud right now. Lord Jesus I love you! http://www.joyfor2day.com www.facebook.com/Joyfor2dayDailyDevotional https://twitter.com/JoyFor2day #Joyfor2daydailydevotional
